Shinmura Judo as partnered with Heritage Community to offer youth an opportunity to experience the olympic sport of judo!
Mitakuyé Owâs’ā Centre (1770 Halifax Street)
Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00PM
Stay fit, make new friends, build confidence, and learn the basics of Judo in a safe and fun environment.
Classes offer judoka (students) the opportunity to develop general awareness of the body and general fitness through judo-specific activities and games .
All judoka will focus on Judo etiquette, rules and concept of fair play. There is a focus on technical development and an introduction to modified competition.

Priority is given to those who reside in the Heritage Community.

Maximum class size is 25 registered participants. Waitlist will be established!

Purchasing of an HCA community membership is encouraged & donations are always welcome.
